Long story short
At The old portal got an appointment for parents for Aug 2024
At the new portal, during the initial days, I saw an earlier date of Nov 2023 and went ahead. I didn't realize but it was only for the primary.
Now the primary has Nov 2023 appointment and secondary Aug 2024
I have been emailing customer care to add the dependent on the primary but have not gotten any response
what should I do?
1) cancel both and select a new date so both can go together ( this may be late 2024 or 25 )
- continue what I have and wait for customer care?
- per customer care, create a different profile for the dependent and find a slot ( very confused as to how I can remove the dependent from the original account, and create another profile for the dependent.
